Bellagio

Bellagio for me is the definitive Las Vegas image. It is grand. It is stunning. It is awesome! As the music starts, the fountains start to rise, and sway, then shoot up a hundred feet into the air. Your eyes, ears and skin are filled with the sight, sound, splash and spray of exploding huge fountains highlighted by neon lights and Elton John’s Your Song. People smile, and sigh, and shout, and clap their hands long after the end of every performance. Remarkable! Bravo Bellagio!!!

Hey Jopie! The fountains really danced, don’t they? And the mist they make cools the air. So maybe it’s the mist getting into your eyes? uh, well, ok you got teary eyed fine….

Starbucks ra? Hmm… I think you owe me more than that for undermining my “teary” moment with the Bellagio fountain. Hahaha!

The dancing fountain show goes on every 15 minutes and I must have watched three in a row. My favorite was the one with Andrea Bocelli’s “Time to Say Goodbye.” I actually got teary-eyed.
